World Travellers' Club Inc. is a San Francisco based tour operator, offering vacation travel services to Asia Pacific destinations, e.g. Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, India etc.

Your role as a Marketing Intern would be to work in tandem with our management team in identifying and developing niche segments for our travel products.

The job will include the production and development of targeted marketing collateral – both for print (press releases, catalogs, direct mail pieces etc.) as well as electronic media (Internet / web / e-mail).

This is a paid internship position and may lead to permanent employment for the right candidate.

Applicants must have excellent communications skills (both verbal and written) along with an outstanding command of English, be able to think ‘outside the box’ and be a creative problem-solver. The position will require juggling several tasks simultaneously; hence the ability to prioritize and work independently is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential and familiarity with design / layout / graphics programs is desirable.

Candidates should be recent graduates or completing their senior year of college and ideally have a background in business, marketing, journalism or communications studies. Only US residents or those legally able to take up employment in the US will be considered.

Personal travel experience outside North America is highly desirable, though not essential.
