Fuel surcharges are an additional $380. Notes: "India" means you may fly into and leave from Delhi or Bombay. "Europe" means that you may fly into London or Paris; however, you may return to the US from London only. No flights between Paris and London are included in the above price.
	LA > London > Colombo > Delhi > Kathmandu > Bangkok > Hong Kong >  LA - from $1,899 Airlines: Virgin Atlantic / Sri Lankan / Royal Nepal / China / Cathay Surcharges:  Leaving the US during 6/1 - 9/15 or 12/5 - 1/7 = +$266. Leaving Thailand during 7/1 - 8/31 or 12/10 - 1/5= +$199. Fuel surcharges are an additional $430. Notes: Instead of London, you may also fly into or out of  Paris or Frankfurt for $120 more. Arrivals in India may also be in Bangalore, Bombay, Madras or Trivandrum at no extra cost. Departures from India may be from Calcutta (as well as Delhi) at no extra cost.

Extra stop in Taipei = $100. Fuel surcharges are an additional $440. Notes: You may travel overland (on your own) and leave Vietnam from Hanoi for an extra cost of $100. Leaving London 12/16-1/7 or  5/28-8/31= +$149. Fuel surcharges are an additional $460. Notes: You may also fly into or out of Melbourne (instead of Sydney) at no additional cost. Fuel surcharges are an additional $480. Notes: You may start from (or terminate at) Atlanta for an additional $150.
	Los Angeles > Tahiti > Auckland > Sydney > Bali > Singapore > Bangkok > Athens > New York > Los Angeles - $3,059 Airlines: Air New Zealand / Air Tahiti-Nui / Qantas / Garuda / Olympic / British Airways etc. Surcharges: Leaving the US during 9/1-11/30 = +$139 or 12/1 - 2/29= +$199; leaving Sydney 6/17-713 or 9/9-10/9= +$139,  12/8-1/15 = +$179; leaving Bangkok 7/1-8/31 or 12/14-1/15= +$119; leaving Athens  6/16-9/30= +$179. You may substitute Athens for Cairo or Istanbul at a surcharge of $100 only. Fuel surcharges are an additional $530. Notes: You may fly into either Brisbane or Melbourne as well (at no extra charge) but may depart Australia only from Sydney or Melbourne.

• The airlines indicated in these examples may be substituted by other carriers at our discretion without any extra charge to you. You may also choose to substitute these with any other carrier of your preference, for which we will gladly quote a fare.

• Prices are subject to change at any time prior to final payment and ticketing. All prices shown reflect a 5% cash discount. Credit cards may be used for certain fares only and no discounts apply to these. All bookings are accepted on the basis of our terms of business.

• Full payment is required 30 days prior to the start of travel. For short-notice bookings or late payments a surcharge may be payable for additional expenses. You may also have to pick up travel documents from our overseas associates locally in such cases.

• Prices do not include airport and security fees, departure taxes, etc. Some of these are payable in advance (varies according to routing, generally $79-$197) while others are payable locally. A weekend surcharge of $30 applies to each trans-pacific / trans-Atlantic flight on designated days. Most airlines now levy an additional fuel surcharge, between $15-30 per flight coupon. Children under 12 years are entitled to a discount.
